Product Availability/Unavailability

Reviewing unavailable products/modifiers and making them available again

💡Remove the admin of manually checking products each day by using the "Sold Out Today" button which will will automatically return the item to available the next day.

 


Overview
It's important to regularly review your unavailable products on me&u to ensure what is displayed to your guests on your me&u menu is accurate. If a product or modifier becomes available again, you need to update it in Venue Manager. 
 

How to check what is unavailable on me&u

1) Log in to me&u's Operator Portal. Click on "Launch Venue Manager". 

2) You will be redirected to a new window - Venue Manager, where you will have to enter your pin. 

3) Navigate to the icons on the left hand side and click AVAILABILITY.

4) Click on "Show unavailable"  to filter all products or modifiers that are currently unavailable.



5) To make a product available again, select the 'Unavailable' button and then click ‘Available.’ 


6) Remember to click on both PRODUCTS and MODIFIERS to perform a thorough check.


 

How to change the availability of products and modifiers

1) In Venue Manager, click on “Availability”

2) Filter for either Products or Modifier and search for the item you would like to mark as sold out. 

3) Click the "Available" icon on the item:

  • "Unavailable" - the item will remain permanently sold out until it is made available again. 
  • "Sold Out Today" - the item will automatically return to “Available” the next day.

As mentioned above, you can also click on "Show unavailable" to filter for all products or modifiers that are currently unavailable.
