Setting up your payment method

1. Upload information in Operator Portal

To start setting up your Hyperwallet, we need to obtain:

  • Your registered company name

  • Details of an authorised person who provide us with information regarding the ownership structure of your business; and change the bank account details you provide us.


Once you have collated the information. Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Operator Portal – manage.meandu.com

2. Go into the ‘Payments’ Section

3. Press the subsection ‘Hyperwallet’

4. Enter the five required fields & save 




2. Receive an activation email & user id email

Once you have submitted your ‘Hyperwallet User Configuration’ form, our team will issue two emails to the authorised person you nominated. The emails will be issued the next business day.


The Activation email will come from ‘do.not.reply@hyperwallet.com’ and it will contain a link to activate your Hyperwallet account.

The user id email will come from ‘finance@meandu.co.uk’ and it will contain a user id which you will need once activating your Hyperwallet account.


3. Set up Hyperwallet

Once the authorised person has received both emails, there are three steps they need to complete to activate the Hyperwallet account. 

  1. Set up an account profile 
  2. Verify yourself & the business
  3. Add transfer method (i.e bank account)

Before filling out the information it is really important to make sure that the information you input matches what is stated on Company House. To help you fill out this information simply search your registered company name, here

Part A - ACCOUNT PROFILE


a) Payee sets up the account profile


Search your Registered Company Name here to obtain the Company House records. These records include your date of incorporation, registered company address and company type.


Information Collected from venue:


1. Business Information

  • Business type

  • Business registration number

2. Registered Company Address

  • Country/Region

  • Street

  • Address line 2

  • City

  • Post code

3. Personal Information

  • Middle name (if applicable)

  • DOB

  • Country/Region of citizenship

4. Security questions

  • Select and answer 2 security questions

5. Sets a password





b) Verify yourself and the business


Once you have completed the account profile. Click on ‘Home’ on the top banner. Here you will be prompted to verify yourself and the business. 


Simply click on the “Verify Now” to get started.


In this process you will need the following attachments:

1. Personal identification document (driver licence, passport or national identity card)

2. Proof of business registration (business registration, articles of incorporation or operating agreement)





Date of incorporation

Unsure when your company was established the following link

1. Search your registered company name.


2. Press ‘Overview’


3. Find the field ‘Incorporated on’


If you are unsure of where you may be able to find such documents please use the following link

1. Search your registered company name.

2. Press ‘filling history’

3. Find the latest document which was filled containing all the required information


Once you have submitted ‘Proof of Business Registration’ you will be asked to provide details of all individuals registered as company Directors as per Company House record.


Use the following link to see all the listed directors by:


1. Searching your registered company name on the link


2. Under ‘People’ click ‘Officers’ and filter by ‘Current officers’. All of the people listed here will need to be added to the system.

Once you have submitted ‘Directors’ you will be asked to provide details of all individuals registered as Beneficial Owners as per Company House record.

Use the following link to see all the listed directors by:

1. Searching your registered company name on the link


2. Under ‘People’ click ‘Persons with significant control’. All of the people listed here will need to be added to the system.


Before submitting your verification process you will need to confirm all the information provided is accurate. If you are:

1. A Director of the company you simply need to press confirm

2. Not a Director of the company you will need to download, sign and upload a ‘Letter of Authorisation (LAO)’

Once successful you will receive the following screen. 

You will be notified once compliance has been reviewed your application via email.



Add Transfer Method

Once you have completed Part A and Part B go to ‘home’ and press ‘Add Transfer Method’


When adding the transfer method you are not required to put in the ‘Building Society Account’.


Once you confirm your payment method and compliance team has approved it, the £1.5 will be sent to your bank account. 


Please notify us if you have not received the £1.5 payment within 48 hours.


Disclaimer: In the case a payee enters the wrong payment details a small fee will be charged by Hyperwallet.
