Open the me&u app. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner, sign in by entering your mobile number if prompted. Under "My Account", tap "Order History".
Do you see the order you were after?

Tap on the order and select "Request Email Receipt". If there is no email attached to your account you will be prompted to add one. You will get a confirmation message that includes the email address the invoice was sent to.
Occasionally these may go to your Spam folder, but if it does not arrive contact the me&u team here with details of the order (ie what venue, when, what amount) and the mobile number the order was made on and we can assist!
