Visit https://app.meandu.com/ on a smartphone. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner. Under "My Account", tap "Order History". 

Or if you have the me&u app, open it up. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner, sign in by entering your mobile number if prompted. Under "My Account", tap "Order History". 

See all the orders you have placed on me&u, and tap on them for a full breakdown of where the order was placed, when it was placed, what was ordered and what payment method you used!
