The customer has received a reward from a stamp card however the cart is applying a different promotion offer. Why?

Once a reward has been unlocked, the reward will then become an offer under rewards. Only one offer can be applied to a cart at a time. If a customer has claimed/unlocked multiple offers, the offer with the greatest discount will always be applied to the cart.

The customer received the reward from a stamp card however when they scan back onto a beacon they can no longer see a stamp card, just an offer. Why?

A stamp card can either be recurring or non-recurring. If a customer has unlocked a reward and the stamp card is no longer showing, it is likely the stamp card was non-recurring and will not appear again for that customer.

The product required to receive a stamp is a margarita. The customer has ordered a round of four margaritas however only one stamp was earnt. Why?

A venue can define the amount of stamps that can be earnt in a transaction or time period. For example, a venue may define a customer can earn unlimitted stamps if qualified, one stamp per transaction, one stamp per day or one stamp per week. It is for this reason a customer may not be able to earn multiple stamps in a transaction even if multiple of the qualifying product(s)/spend is ordered.
