H&L Specific Common Troubleshooting 

H&L - Taking a Table out of Training Mode 

All orders failing on the same table? That table may be in Training Mode on H&L, see below for how to check and take a table out of Training Mode. 

  1. Login into any POS Exceed till and turn on training mode. Most venues have the training mode key under Manager Page. 
  2. Go to tables and close off all tables. The table can be paid with any tender.
  3. Make sure table is printed to kitchen else won't let you clear, once printed then it should auto clear.

There is no requirement of restarting anything, any future transaction for the table will work now. If you have any issues with the above steps please contact H&L Support on 1300 797 638 or support@hlpos.com for further assistance.
