Unfortunately, when orders are placed using me&u the payment is passed directly on to the venue, so any refunds must be arranged by the venue as we are not in possession of the payment. Please reach out to the venue with any refund queries, letting them know you used me&u to order and pay. Providing them with when you dined, your table number and name is super helpful - these details can be found on your tax invoice sent to you when you ordered as highlighted below.
