Troubleshooting Steps to follow when orders are unconfirmed.

Note: Each Location has a “Master Order Terminal”

  • First, you need to Enable Orders on the POS Terminal that is the Order Master Terminal in that location.
  • If you don’t want to see the orders at the POS, you can “Finalise Remote/Web Orders” which will send them directly to the Kitchen Printers.
