When customers scroll through your menu, they can select a tag to filter for items that are 'Gluten-Free', 'Vegan' or 'Halal' for example.

To add tags, go to Operator Portal, then Menu and then Catalogue. Search for and select a product. Scroll down and add the tags you would like to display against the product.

Save the product and Publish.
