How to Disable a Category
1. Go to Operator Portal, click "Launch Venue Manager" and enter your PIN. For how to set up a PIN please see this article.
2. Select 'Availability', then select the tab 'Categories'. Locate the category you would like to make unavailable. These are grouped by Category Type, either "Food" or 'Drinks'.
3. Select 'available'. A selection of time-spans will pop out. Select the time span you would like the category to be unavailable for. This can be Unavailable Today, 60 mins , 45 mins, 30 mins, or 15 mins.
NOTE: Selecting unavailable today will disable the category until 5am of the following day
4. Select 'save changes'.
How to Disable all Categories at Once
1. You can disable all the food or all the drinks categories at once. Select either the Food or Drink tab.
2. Click Set all Availability The following screen will pop up.
3. Select 'All drinks' to disable all drink categories. Or select 'Drinks in service only' to disable all drink categories that are live on the app at the time.
4. Select a time span. Select Confirm and Save Changes
To see the categories which are currently unavailable only, select 'Show Unavailable'
