Only Venue Manager PIN's designated as Managers, Supervisor and Finance are able to see and action resubmits. If you cannot see the option to resubmit, the PIN you are using might not be correctly configured. Or it is possible this feature has not been turned on for your venue, in which case please contact your Account Manager.

To use this feature, the user needs to navigate to the "Orders" page and select the failed order from the "Alerts" tab. Once selected, the user can click on the "Resubmit" button to try sending the order again. However, it's essential to note that using this feature can result in double orders in POS, as the first attempt may still go through to POS even if the user tries resubmitting the order. Use this feature at your own risk.

After clicking on the "Resubmit" button, the user will receive a prompt asking them to confirm the resubmit request. The system will then resend either the food or drink component that failed to send to POS or the entire order if the whole order failed. Sometimes, an order may continue to fail if there is a mismatch between the SKU configuration on the menu and POS. In such cases, the user should contact support for assistance.
