How to Enable Google Review Prompting for Your Venue
- Log in to Me&u Operator Portal at https://manage.meandu.com/
- Navigate to
My Venue→Settings - Scroll to the bottom of the page to
Google Reviewsand toggle the tickbox to enable the feature - Click on the "Google Place ID Finder" external link
- On the Google Map that appears, search for your venue location and select your business
- Copy the "Place ID" displayed for your business
- Return to Venue Manager and paste the Place ID into the "Google business place ID" field
- Click the "Preview" button to verify the link correctly opens the Google Maps page for your business
- Click "Save" to complete the setup
That's it! Your Google Reviews feature is now active. When guests check out, they'll receive a prompt to leave a Google review for your venue, generating additional reviews for your business!
